Artisko – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services, including our website builder, course and community tools, CRM, email marketing, scheduling, and other digital features (collectively, the “Services”).

Artisko is an all-in-one business platform that enables individuals and businesses to create, manage, and grow their digital presence.
Our platform is built using a licensed white-label software framework, which we customise and operate under the Artisko brand. This framework does not affect your usage, rights, or access to the Services.

3. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. Your Account

To access certain features, you must create an Artisko account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Welandit Ltd is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account.

• You may cancel anytime through your account settings; access remains active until the end of the billing period.

7. Templates and Content

Platform Materials

Artisko provides templates, components, and assets for your use. You may customize them for your projects but may not resell or distribute them outside the platform.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use it.

Welandit Ltd is not responsible for user-generated content or any resulting disputes or damages.

Welandit Ltd is not a party to your customer transactions and is not responsible for disputes or losses.

• Termination is necessary to protect system integrity.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately and stored data may be deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Success

Artisko provides tools that support business growth, but we do not guarantee success, income, or outcomes. Your results depend on your skills, business decisions, and external factors.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welandit Ltd is not liable for:

• Loss of income, business, or profits;

• Data loss or service interruptions;

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.

16. Force Majeure
